Maroni Srl was established 57 years ago in Cabiate, a town in the heart of what is one of the most important industrial woodworking districts anywhere in the world - the Brianza area of Northern Italy.
Company founder Mario Maroni has worked throughout his career in the manufacture of high-quality wooden components for use in furniture, complementary furnishings and crafted decorative pieces, and has collaborated internationally with some of the leading names - and some of the very best designers - operating in the furniture sector worldwide.
In the early 1990s, the entry of Mario's children into the business coincided both with rapid developments in digital technology and with the use of technically advanced, high-performance materials such as solid surfaces as Corian®, HPL, Forex, Plexiglass, aluminum and brass.
Today, Maroni is taking on a new challenge - to develop and refine groundbreaking solutions for the use of wood in hi-tech industrial products by leveraging the technology of Extreme Woodworking®.
